The AI system runs on a dual-core 240 MHz processor and works in tandem with two high-speed motor control processors. Dnsys Z1’s high-density lithium-ion batteries with KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) enable downhill regenerative charging— offering an extra 9.3 miles of range on mountain terrain. The battery fully recharges going downhill. KERS prolongs battery life by 20%, retaining 80% capacity even after two years of intensive use. The high-rate battery supports discharge at 10x its capacity while the optimized DNA-1 motor design minimizes energy loss during operation, extending overall battery runtime.
