Digital Service Delivery Policy

BackerRock provides digital crowdfunding campaign promotion services. No physical product will be shipped.

After a creator purchases a promotion package or submits a project inquiry, our team reviews the campaign page, category, launch timing, offer, and available promotional placements. Service delivery may include newsletter placement, content distribution, homepage or social promotion, campaign feedback, or other promotional support depending on the selected package.

Promotion scheduling depends on campaign fit, package type, available placement slots, and the materials provided by the creator. Approved placements are commonly scheduled within 1-5 business days, although timing may vary by category fit, launch timing, and available inventory.

To avoid delays, creators should submit their campaign URL, launch date, target audience, key selling points, and any required images or promotional assets. If a campaign is not suitable for a selected placement, BackerRock may contact the creator before promotion starts to discuss next steps.
